Hi! I'm Carlos Forero and I'm expert doing two things: designing things people can use and leading the teams who help make that happen.
For the past 12+ years, I have worked on the entire process of creating a great UX: understanding the client's needs, their users, their conditions and requirements, designing, testing, verifying its accessibility and working as a team to bring it to life… always with the same goal, making sure nobody gets left out of the experience.
